After a great 44-24 victory against NCL 3 league leaders Rylands Sharks last week, this week the black & white army are on the road to St Helens. Clockface Miners is the game, coming home with 2 league points is the aim.

Stan are hoping to continue the current vein of form and stay hot on the heels of Rylands. Great performances from Laurence Bell, Jack Smith & Ben Selby last week will be what is needed to overcome this St Helens outfit. Fresh into the NCL this season they will be no push-overs. Currently sitting 9th in the table with 3 wins, 3 losses & 1 draw, Clockface will be keen to clutch another win. Their last league game being a 58-1 drubbing of Elland.

No doubt Stanningley, with coach Nicho, will have a different plan. Rumour has it that training has stepped up a gear with Mark Lilleys academy boys pushing for a 1st team jersey. Get on the Bus and go watch the lads if you can make it.
