PILATES CLASS
Starts Monday 9th January 2017 – 10.30am
• Low impact exercise
• Good for posture, strength & balance
• Can help to manage back and neck pain
• Suitable for all ages, no experience needed
• Must be able to get down & up from the floor
• Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in
• Please bring a small cushion or hand towel with you
• £3 per person
• Lesson will be led by a qualified physiotherapist
• Please consult your GP if you have any pre-existing health conditions
• Each class 1 hour

DANCE CLASS

• Fancy a boogie?
• Learning dance routines to favourite pop songs, old & new
• Suitable for all ages, no experience needed
• Fun, informal dance/exercise group
• Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in
• £3 per person
• Group will be led by a qualified physiotherapist

• Each class 1 hour
