After the disappointment of cancelling last weeks live stream over at Dewsbury Celtic (apologies). We are back on the road this week, this time with Stanningley's newly formed ACADEMY team.
After its inception this season, coach Mark Lilley has done some great things with the young guns here at Stan, going from barely being able to raise a team to having and abundance of young talent with a sprinkling of more seasoned players able to step in & help out.
Sitting at the top of Yorkshire Men's League NCL Alliance League 2 (rolls off the tongue) the young Black & Whites are buzzing this year with many of them pushing through into the 1st grade. This week they face a trip to Humberside to face Hull Dockers Steelers. Hull is a notorious breeding ground for good rugby so this week will be a challenge. We hope you can get across & support the lads. If not you can watch the First LIVE broadcast of the Academy team this season (hopefully not the last).
