ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THURSDAY 16th NOVEMBER – 7.00pm
In accordance with the rules laid down by the Club, the Committee hereby gives notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Clubhouse on the above date and that all PAID UP members are invited to attend. The Committee also gives notice that all officers will be required to be reselected by the membership. In so doing, any member who wishes to be considered should enter his/her name below together with a proposer and seconder who are also PAID UP members. As per the club rules, minimum committee numbers are 7 and maximum committee numbers are 12 (excluding President, Secretary & Treasurer). In the event of nominees exceeding 12, votes shall be counted.
Any member who wishes to discuss any particular issues, i.e. changes to Club rules, Club management, points of order, etc. must do so in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
NOTES:
1. Only one vote per PAID UP member.
2. Nominees, proposers and seconders must be at the meeting.
3. The Club Chairman is elected by the committee at the first meeting after the AGM.
